Our Responsibilities

However, we retain the right to refuse service to potential customers at our sole discretion. Failure to follow our policies/terms could lead to account deactivation. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of the AUP and can remove any account without prior notice.
Changes to TOS
Our TOS and AUP are subject to change at our sole discretion, with changes not leading to early contract termination or non-payment. While we communicate the nature of our services and initial rates, we acknowledge that rates may change based on hardware availability and market fluctuations. Any changes affecting your recurring monthly bill will be communicated prior to billing.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only to hosting services provided by Bagohsot.com Networks, covering the hosting plan itself and not additional services like SSL certificates or domain registration. Refunds are offered within 25 days of account registration for the first service of new clients. Violations of this Agreement waive your refund rights. Accounts suspended or terminated due to AUP and TOS non-compliance are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are granted for valid reasons beyond our resolution capabilities.
Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating our rules. Account reactivation is allowed, granting 12 hours to resolve the issue. Failure to address the incident within 12 hours or repeat violations can lead to account termination. The root user is exempt from violations caused by their end users.
Billing Methodology and Information
Billing for all services occurs 10 days before the due date. Payment is your responsibility by the due date. Accounts overdue by 5 days are subject to a non-negotiable 10% late fee. After 20 days past due, associated services can be immediately terminated.
Fraud
Fraudulent customers face immediate suspension/termination at our discretion. We cooperate with authorities and financial institutions, prosecuting fraud. All fraud orders are investigated, and culprits will be prosecuted as per the law.
Disputes and Chargebacks
Disputing or initiating chargebacks with payment providers will result in service suspension, and a $100 fine will be imposed. Chargebacks under false pretenses are treated as fraudulent.
Financial Liability
Bagohsot.com Networks is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions beyond our control. Our liability for our negligence does not exceed charges for services during the damages period. Violating TOS/AUP can lead to immediate service termination.
Support
We provide hardware support, while software support is provided for fully managed services. We do not guarantee software configuration. We offer enhanced site development support for a fee. Third-party customer support is not provided.
Data and Backups
We perform weekly backups but do not create daily backups for user sites. Users are responsible for manual backups. We are not responsible for data loss due to mis-configuration.
Transfer / Migration
Transfers are provided as a courtesy but aren’t guaranteed due to platform differences. Transfers within 30 days are free. Transfers after 30 days incur charges. We reserve the right to migrate accounts without notice for compliance or technical reasons.
DMCA Complaints
We handle DMCA complaints seriously, investigating and submitting information to authorities. Copyright infringement is prohibited.
Usage and Overages
Our service plans cater to varied needs. Overages are communicated via email. Accounts with excessive usage can be suspended.
